Rosalie is the Owner Operator of Winnipeg Mind & Body Massage Therapy since 2013. She is a graduate of Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2009. 


She enjoys in particular working areas like the neck and shoulders. She has additional training in myofascial release, pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy, cupping and Rapid NeuroFascial Reset.


*Rosalie combines treatment with a full body massage if possible. A treatment plan will be made for you as needed.

With his 10 years of experience in massage therapy, Rick uses a variety of techniques including but not limited to PNF stretching that is very successful in improving range of motion.


Hours:

He works Saturday and Sunday 12:00-7:00 pm.

Rick is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, is registered with the College of Massge Therapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

He has over 9 years’ experience as an RMT, and in that time has treated people from all walks of life, from students to white-collar professionals to Olympic athletes to first responders and military members. His past clients range in age from 8 years to 82 years of age. His treatments incorporate techniques from relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massage, and are customized to each client’s needs in order to alleviate their individual issues.

Rick is a firm believer in continual self-improvement via lifelong learning. He has received a personal training certification from Henselmans PTC, and has also started a fitness nutrition coaching course from Precision Nutrition. He is also pursuing online personal interest courses as part of his commitment to personal development.

With 18 years of experience in massage therapy, Heidi uses a variety of techniques, from relaxation to therapeutic massage by assessment and treatment of joint dysfunction, postural imbalance, repetitive strain injury.


Hours:

 Heidi works Tuesday starting at 2:30 pm and Thursday starting at 2:45 pm.

Saturdays she will be available 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Her treatments are customized to each client’s needs in order to alleviate their individual issues.

Heather graduated from Wellington College in 2017. 


Her aim is to provide therapeutic treatment to clients presenting with musculoskeletal dysfunction by using assessment and rehabilitative techniques. She has been trained in: soft tissue release, athletic taping, kinesiology taping, pre- and post- sports massage, and rib mobilization. Heather hopes to specialize and further her education in the treatment of the cervical spine.

Yvonne graduated from Wellington College in 2008.


Since then she has worked in selective clinics in Winnipeg and thus has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Yvonne offers a different approach to the regular massage by using integrated and functional movements for deep tissue release, to ensure that the problem is dealt with at the source. As a client, you will be assessed prior to any intervention in order to individualize the treatment, and to give her a "feel" for what is happening in your body. You will also be reassessed at the end of your treatment to ensure the cause of the problem has been addressed to your satisfaction. Yvonne uses a variety of techniques that include STAMINA, Rapid NeuroFascia Reset, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, as well as osteopathic principles. Stretches and exercises are given to perform at home to speed recovery.

Sarah graduated from Wellington College in 2015. 


She enjoys providing therapeutic massage to address a variety of issues, with a particular interest in neck and pelvic dysfunctions. She has additional training in rib mobilization, soft tissue release, prenatal massage and the treatment of the pregnant pelvis, breast treatment, and hot stone massage.
