Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.
We direct bill to Your PRIMARY BlueCross, Great West Life, and Greenshield.
Primary: the insurance from your employer or where you are the plan holder
Secondary: the insurance your spouse or spouses employer provides.
1. If primary and secondary are both Bluecross they will be automatically coordinated upon submission.
2. If primary and secondary are both Great West Life they will be automatically coordinated upon submission.
3. If primary and secondary are both Greenshield will be automatically coordinated upon submission.
3. Saturday / Sunday: Because we cannot call Great Weat Life and Greenshield offices during the weekend, we will have to submit your insurance claim before you leave the office. If they do not give us a clear answer if they will pay the claim you will have to pay in full.
-> The above procedure will be followed also during the week if your insurance does not give us a clear answer if the claim will be paid.
We ask our clients to be involved in direct billing. Please keep track of your appointments at home so mistakes are avoided. Also be aware of how much coverage you have and at what percentage. Some policies ask for a deductible to be covered every year and some ask for a prescription for massage. Some policies cover only a certain amount per one treatment even though you have 100% coverage. We like to involve our clients because this is their money we are using so together we can be aware of what will be covered to avoid disappointment.
Your therapist has set time aside for your appointment.
Should you need to cancel, we require that you notify us by 1:00 pm the working day prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows the therapist to fill your session with another client.
If we do not receive your cancellation request before the time noted above, you will be charged a $35 fee.
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions for ourself and our clients by disinfecting more. For that reason we also kindly ask our clients to let us know and cancel any appointments (even If it’s short notice) if you are sick, have traveled or been in contact with anyone that has traveled to try and contain the spreading.
