We direct bill to BlueCross, Great West Life, and Greenshield
Exception Saturday / Sunday: Because we cannot call the insurance offices during the weekend, we will only bill to BlueCross on the weekends
We can only direct bill to your primary insurance, if your secondary insurance is from the same company we can direct bill to them
Example: Primary: BlueCross / Secondary: BlueCross
If your primary and secondary insurances are different companies, we can only direct bill to the primary
Example: Primary: BlueCross / Secondary: Great West Life
Your therapist has set time aside for your appointment.
Should you need to cancel, we require that you notify us by 1:00 pm the working day prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows the therapist to fill your session with another client.
If we do not receive your cancellation request before the time noted above, you will be charged a $35 fee.
