Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.
If direct billing to your insurance is important to you (this refers to Blucross and Canada life/great west life) then you should consider booking with the following RMTs:
Heather Auger, Yvonne Applewhaite, Jayme Syposh and Heidi Hermiston.
At Winnipeg Mind & Body Massage Therapy we are Independent Contractors. Some of choose not to direct bill due to personal reasons.
No Direct billing: Sarah Davey, Rosalie Ginter and Rick Kivari will not be offering direct billing.
However, as your Therapist we can still be helpful with your insurance and submit your Buecross and Great West Life (which is now Canada Life) claim for you. Please ask your Therapist for a reference number when they are done submitting your claim after your massage.
How does this work?
When you pay your Therapist in full they will submit your claim to your insurance and the insurance will send you a check within 2-5 business days. If you suspect that your claim was not submitted or maybe a mistake was made please email Rosalie Ginter at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your therapist has set time aside for your appointment.
Should you need to cancel, we require that you notify us by 1:00 pm the working day prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows the therapist to fill your session with another client.
If we do not receive your cancellation request before the time noted above, you will be charged a $35 fee.
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions for ourself and our clients by disinfecting more. For that reason we also kindly ask our clients to let us know and cancel any appointments (even If it’s short notice) if you are sick, have traveled or been in contact with anyone that has traveled to try and contain the spreading. The public health order expects everyone to wear a mask in an indoor public setting, sanitize and stay 6 feet apart.
