The Clinic

Winnipeg Mind and Body Massage Therapy is a massage therapy clinic located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The clinic provides for the most part therapeutic massage where all Massage Therapist have completed a 2200 hour education in advanced massage therapy and are in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba or Natural Health Practitioners Of Canada Association. 

We also have specialized Massage Therapists on site that work with the deep layers of fascia. 



We focus mostly on therapeutic massage using a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries. We offer the highest quality of care to our clients by customizing each treatment to your specific needs including assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual. For this reason we have specialized our treatments to include  Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (Rapid - NFR) , working the deep layers of the fascia (connective tissue). As part of our service we will provide you with knowledge in form of selfceare for pain management including postural awareness, stretching, strengthening as well as heat and cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.​

They will show you what stretches and exercises to do to improve your posture and mobility and will tell you to drink a lot of water and rest for the day. They will also tell you when to use heat or cold on  sore aching muscles.
